Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) seem to have set their sights on a move for Kylian McBarbee after excluding him from the training squad for the Asian tour. According to the French newspaper L'Equipe, PSG are planning to bring in Atlanta starlet Herault to fill the void left by McBarbie, which will undoubtedly trigger a "star-studded" battle with Manchester United.
Manchester United have been salivating over Herlander for a long time, and it is rumored that both sides have basically finalized the terms of their personal deals, but the only obstacle is the transfer fee. Serie A side Atalanta are said to be bidding up to €80 million (HK$700 million) for the 20-year-old Danish international, while United can only offer a maximum of €60 million (HK$520 million). With PSG joining the race, it looks like the "poaching" competition will intensify, and Herlander's value is expected to rise further.
