Tottenham Hotspur have been making a lot of reinforcement moves this summer, and the new goalkeeper candidate has finally been finalized. Renowned transfer expert Fabrizio Romano has revealed that Tottenham and the Amboli have finalized a €19 million (HK$160 million) transfer fee with the intention of signing Italian goalkeeper Guglielmo Vicario. The Italian international has attracted the attention of many top clubs after his impressive performance in the 22/23 season. However, the Italian goalkeeper's Premier League career has been up and down, and it will be interesting to see if Vicario can break the spell.

With French goalkeeper Lloris announcing his departure, Tottenham Hotspur manager Pusztigorlu is in dire need of a successor. Initially, the team saw David Laye as their first choice, but a £40 million (HK$400 million) transfer fee offered by Binford brought the deal to a screeching halt. Turning to Vicario, Tottenham and the Ambergris have been quick to reach an agreement. 26-year-old Vicario will sign a contract until 2028 after completing a medical in London, adding new blood to the Spurs defense.
