A transfer story for the future is quietly unfolding at Premier League rivals Arsenal. On Tuesday (13), 22-year-old Estonian international goalkeeper Hein made a remarkable decision after a summer break: he chose to extend his contract with the club, but then loaned out his talents to La Liga newcomers Walla to kick off a year-long challenge in a foreign country.

Hayne, the young keeper who came out of Arsenal's youth camp, has long since taken his place in the No. 3 jersey at the club. After successfully extending his contract in the summer, his performance in the American training was particularly impressive, with two successful saves on 12-yard penalty kicks, proving his strength. In order to gain more real-world experience, the Arsenal management decided to loan Hayne out in anticipation of him shining on the La Liga stage.

Interestingly, despite the fact that Hayne's professional appearances have been few and far between - he has only made one Premier League appearance for Arsenal - that doesn't mean he's inexperienced. Two years ago, he had a brief loan spell at Reading, where he made five appearances and amassed valuable league experience. His national team career has been even more illustrious, as he became the Estonian national team's number one goalkeeper in his early twenties, and has not only performed well at international level, but has also gained 30 international matches in competitions such as the UEFA Europa League.
