Although China's women's soccer team suffered a heavy loss in last year's showdown with Europe's top teams and fell into the doldrums, and there seems to be no obvious signs of improvement, the situation is not all bleak.
It is encouraging to see that the Chinese women's soccer team is gradually emphasizing overseas study opportunities for its players, and many of them have been able to sharpen their skills in top leagues overseas. In the long run, this will undoubtedly help us to absorb advanced tactical concepts and technical levels, however, the full rejuvenation of women's soccer still needs time to accumulate.
