The transfer was agreed for a fee of €23 million and the player will sign a five-year contract with Roma.
The report states, "After several days of negotiations, Roma and Rennes have agreed on the transfer of Le Fay. Le Fay had expressed his desire to join Roma to Rennes long before."
French midfielder Le Fay was born on February 3, 2000 and contributed five assists in 35 games for Rennes last season.
