The transfer is nearing its end.
The two sides have reached a final agreement on the terms of the contract, and now the only pending factor is whether Morata himself agrees to join Milan. AC Milan is willing to pay Morata a release fee of about 13 million euros, which makes the completion of the deal just short of the player's final confirmation.
Previously, AC Milan were originally focusing on Ziklatzer, who is on his way to Manchester United, but turned to Morata as a new attacking option. If all goes well, Morata is expected to wear the Red and Black jersey soon.
