When the International Federation of Association Football Board (IFAB) implemented its new kick-off rule last summer, it probably didn't anticipate that a team would score just after the referee had blown the whistle. One such goal was scored recently by a Commercial player in a 4-1 win over the Catanduas in a match in the **third** division of Brazil's São Paulo State Soccer League, in which Commercial scored a center-circle opener.
