In the semi-final of the European Cup that ended early this morning, England reversed the Netherlands 2-1 and successfully advanced to the final. After the match, England midfielder Foden, who performed well, was interviewed by Sky Sports, sharing his views on the match and his expectations for the future.

Foden could not hide his excitement about reaching the final. He said, "Getting to the final means everything, it's going to be the biggest game of my career. You can tell by my smile that I'm looking forward to it. Although I was a bit unlucky tonight and had a couple of chances to come very close to scoring, the most important thing is that the team wins. I think tonight was probably the best game I've played in an England shirt, so I'm very happy."

During the game, Foden showed a growing influence. He spoke, "I think I've improved in the last two games and playing in that position has helped me get the ball and get into dangerous positions. I enjoyed the game tonight, I got a lot of space and looked a lot more like myself, like I did at Manchester City, so I'm enjoying the soccer." Foden's excellent performance certainly contributed to England's victory.

Looking ahead to the upcoming final, Foden said, "We believe in our ability. The way Spain control the ball is great, but we also know our strengths. This will definitely change the way we play and we will base our tactics on the characteristics of our opponents. We are looking forward to the match against Spain and will give our best to win."
