Transfer talks on Osmeen. Napoli are firm on Kvaratskhelya but are willing to let Osmeen go if they receive a high offer. Although Napoli are expecting an offer from the Premier League side, there has been no substantial movement so far. Paris Saint-Germain do not intend to pay Osmeen's €130million default fee, instead hoping to negotiate a lower price. Coach Conte confirmed that he had exchanged views with Osmeen, saying that although the two sides have reached an agreement, they are still unsure of the outcome of the transfer. In order to raise the funds to bring in Osmeen, Paris may first sell either Mouani or G Ramos, although neither has any intention of leaving the club. Previously, Paris have rejected an offer from Borussia Dortmund for Mouani, while Atletico Madrid have expressed interest in G Ramos.
